Step 4: Cut fringe from yellow paper using template piece 1

Step 5: Glue fringe to stem wire

Step 6: Cut petals using template pieces

Step 7: Stretch and shape petals

Step 8: Glue petals

Step 9: Cut sepals, leaves, and stem covering strips

Step 10: Glue sepals to the base of the flower

Step 11: Cover the stem and attach leaves
